Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursdays 5.20 - 7.20pm

There are two squads available to join.

Development Squads for players who are wanting rapid improvement and the High Performance Squad fo player who are aiming to be great.

Training duration is 2 hours.

Advanced training for the keen player

We will cover all aspects to greatly improve performance, including:

  • improving strength & conditioning, to be a great athlete
  • fitness drills to improve endurance & speed
  • Mental toughness training
  • Improving match play
  • fine tuning technique
  • Footwork
