Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 5.20 - 7.20pm

There are two squads available to join. There is the Junior Squad for players who can play a match and are wanting to improve and the High Performance Squad fo player who are aiming to be great.

Training duration is 2 hours.

Advanced training for the keen player

We will cover all aspects to greatly improve performance, including:

  • improving strength & conditioning, to be a great athlete
  • fitness drills to improve endurance & speed
  • Mental toughness training
  • Improving match play
  • fine tuning technique
  • Footwork
